The use of streaming films and video sites such as free movies became increased in number during the lockdown in several countries. Unfortunately, some problems often arise when we are watching streaming movies, and the most frequent ones are buffering or stuttering. This is certainly very disturbing to your viewing moment. So, as a solution, here are tips for watching streaming anti-buffering videos.
We tend to forget that the more devices connected to the network, the slower our connection will be. Before you stream, log into your network connection, turn off Internet sharing, and disconnect any devices you don’t use. Also, make sure you are out of all the web applications that are competing for bandwidth with your media player. It overloads your device when we close the window or exit the browser, the operating system will delete thousands of small files downloaded to display web pages. However, if you shut down your computer without properly closing browsing, you are saving files that are burdening your device and affecting its ability to load and play videos. Before you stream, go to your browser settings and clear recent history and all temporary Internet files to make sure you can watch comfortably.
If you are using WiFi and your device is buffering, try changing the channel your router uses. To avoid switching from one channel to another, download a WiFi scanner that will check channels operating on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies and show you the number of nearby networks using them. Once you have identified a less-clogged channel, go to your browser and type in the IP address of your router. Then, enter your username and password and head over to your router settings where you will select the channel recommended by your analyzer. Hardware acceleration is generally associated with pixelated graphics, slow streams, and crashing of media players, especially on flash-based web players. By turning off hardware acceleration, your machine will allow the application to select hardware resource requirements instead of using the computer’s universal settings.
